Multi Project Wafer mode gives a user an independent die. In this prototype Ark uses MPW and supports larger full custom designs, commercial ASIC prototypes, SoCs, MCUs, accelerators, or mixed-signal chips.

Multi Project Chip mode places multiple user designs inside one chip with shared IO, package, board, and support structures. Freighter, Cruise, and OSOC use MPC for small affordable starts.
